Your Opportunity

You will own the entire client relationship… from the first onboarding call through month 13 and beyond. You're the person our financial advisor clients trust to keep everything on track, everything delivering, and everything moving forward.

You'll manage a portfolio of accounts, run recurring strategy calls, catch problems before they become fires, and make sure what we deliver matches what we promised. No hand-holding from leadership. You see what needs to happen and you make it happen.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Own the client experience end-to-end, from onboarding through long-term retention
  • Build genuine, consultative partnerships with financial advisors through proactive communication and consistent delivery
  • Run recurring check-in calls and strategy sessions to keep clients aligned and engaged
  • Identify early warning signs of churn and act on them before they escalate

Delivery Oversight

  • Coordinate across the team to ensure every account is delivering on what was promised
  • Monitor campaign performance and flag issues that need attention
  • Keep internal systems, trackers, and client records clean and current
  • Spot opportunities to improve results or expand the engagement

Onboarding and Retention

  • Lead onboarding for new clients… set expectations, build trust, establish the rhythm
  • Develop and refine processes that improve the client experience over time
  • Drive retention through results, communication, and relationship quality

Compensation

$62,000 – $96,000 USD/year

$5,100 – $8,000/month • Based on experience and capability
Performance bonuses tied directly to client retention • Specifics discussed in the interview process
